Bart Peters

Bart Peters is a research associate in Medieval History at the Technical University of Braunschweig. He is currently finishing his PhD project that started at the University of Mainz. His dissertation focuses on the depiction of warfare in the sources of Early Medieval Southern Italy between the ninth and eleventh centuries. His main research interests include hagiography, historiography, military history, and the history of emotions.
